Thank goodness they have a private placement! That is a massive help to shareholders. Pilfering mutherfuggers. This is the third or fourth time they've been " fully financed" and then zhit on shareholders by diluting to make more money for friends and family.

Flow through funding which is very tax efficient way of paying for exploration. Done at 83c which is higher than current SP so dilution is reduced. I'm quite happy if it means more gold can be added to our resource.
