Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

My concern...

My concern...I've been in this stock business for over 25 years. Often, when a stock like this gets some " traction" and captures the publics interest and imagination ( posters dreaming of 10- 80$/ sh. ),  the company then issues themselves options, grants, or pukes out more equity ( always at less than the present market value). Sadly, this  is a tried and true trademark of the Cdn Venture Exchange. Not trying to pi$$ on your parade here ( I've got 2000 sh's myself), just sharing my experience.
