This is a highly speculative stock listed on an exchange that has a reputation for $hitte like this .If those in the know believed this was a great stock why would they have to price the "debt instrument at 20% less than the last price? It's going to be a while before anyone who paid more than 2 bucks can recover .
No wonder so many institutions won't touch anything on the Cdnx Venture.
