it seems clear to me that he's deferring the payments, and thus the usage of the greenhouse until the end of 2017 because they don't believe recreational will be until 2018, so it will be the perfect time to ramp up production while keeping costs low in the mean time. The agreement between them however has no lease, so if recreation does happen spring 2017 they have the option of paying off diniro most likely and ramping up much sooner. I'm guessing they have a good relationship.
