Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

One of few left to be Bought out.

One of few left to be Bought out.
I have owned a few of stocks in this area and with the recent buyout of Mettrum, have looked at what the next likely take-out is.

This is why I moved into this stock as recent.  I own Canopy now by way of Mettrum and still hold a nice position but one has to look at the M&A of the sector.

Canopy is looking to own the space and while diluted with buyouts, will be looking to own it.
I like what APH has and obviously, Canopy has looked at it as well.

It is basic math.

My bet ( with a large stake) is APH won't survive the year without a takeover. Canopy is positioning itself to be the leader and "only" supplier once this becomes a recreational product and with APH making its on roads into the sector.  The sheer size of Canopy says who will come out on top.

Just my Opinion of course but one cannot help but put 2 and 2 together.

HOLD !   it will payoff.
