Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:Aph left in the dust
New Brunswick said it signed agreements with two federally licensed marijuana producers, Canopy Growth Corp. and Organigram Inc., to supply cannabis to the province when the market is opened. Similar agreements with other companies could be reached in future. Ms. Rogers said the province wanted to lock up supply in advance so that it isnt short once legalization arrives. In other words they are looking for variety. And fortunately Ogi and Cgc have weed sitting around to sell them. Where as APH is always sold out.
