Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:I think it’s worth noting

RE:I think it’s worth noting I tend to agree, if you only look at the canadian market (medical and rec) than yes the sector is overvalued. However, Internationally speaking our "anallists" does have a clue. Europe and S.Amreica medical sales will crush the Canada market in sales.

In an interview a couple years back, Vic states he believes the medical market will be 10x the rec...i tend to agree, thats why i continue to by here. i've got powder on hand to buy monday if/when she dips again.

the international spinoff pisses me off a little (hopefully we all get some good shares out of it) i figured a spinoff would come, (just not so soon) as that is a simple corporate tax shelter....

CAN APH sells wholesale to INTER APH, and the "retail" markup is taxed through it....this structure is not uncommon for companies. its all about lowering the tax brakets....
