Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

spin off....

spin off....Is anyone else crossing their figures the "shell company" Vic is trying to close to create APH Inter.....turns out to be ISOL?

The overlapping investments and relationships bwt; APH, NUU, ISOL, LHS and the yogurt family seems like to much of a coinicdence... I realise there are lots of shell companies trading a single coppers, but wouldn't make sense to buy an actually international play the has products to sell too, existing relationships, etc... or does ISOL have too much US exposure?
