Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

100% agree. I can see both ACB and LEAF holders moving to APH. ACB holders won't want to be stuck on that ride after the experience with CMED. And the LEAF acquisition is a 3-5 times more impacting with highly questionable short term results.

LEAF holders would be wise to see that the highest gains made with the CMED merger was just after the announcement of the deal with CMED hit $43, it was downhill from there to the $20s.

The greedy will get caught. The smarter investors and traders will see the value in APH compared to its peers.
