Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

I'm really loving this.  I've been in business for 27 years and one of my good friends has been with Magna for about the same amount of time.  He is in senior management....Magna does this everytime they preparing to buyout or invest heavily in a company.  They send over a few very strong senior management and ensure that the culture and the systems are fully in place before the final buyout.  The "set the table" so to speak for the next course.  This ensures a smooth transition and little or no surpirses once fully invested.

Great work!! I can't thank you enough.
