Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:I really believe that the next 12 months are...

DD33, it has been awhile since we spoke.  Hope you are well!  I'm not sure about a bona fide investor, but I do like to consider myself a cannabist.  I really like APH right now because:

1.  It got over punished by the markets for some reason that I can't fully understand;
2.  I think they've got an excellent chance of bringing on a Constellation type investor to shore up its position...I think it will be a pharma partner given Vic's medical bent;
3.  I think Vic has been a responsible operator and he has not been too distracted by bright shiney objects or overpaying like that sh*t the bed and bloated ACB;
4.  They've got a great deal with Shoppers;
5.  I really like the Broken Coast brand.

So overall I think it's a great time to get in.  The market cap is very low compared with its peers and I think they are well run.  My only hesitation is in the M&A.  So far APH has not done great M&A in my estimation.  But they also have not done crazy M&A like ACB and pooched their strategic options for the next 12-24 months.
