Deloitte has run the numbers on the outlook for legal cannabis in Canada, and expects the market could generate $4.3 billion in sales in 2019, while the illegal pot market could still be worth as much as $1.04 billion. Paul Taylor, chief investment officer, asset allocation, at BMO Global Asset Management, tells BNN Bloomberg’s Andrew Bell he’s “stunned” by the size of the market.
