Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:250,000 kilograms

RE:250,000 kilograms
Pipefighter,
My numbers are more conservative than yours, because I expect the price per gram will decrease.
Here s my analysis:
1) Production capacity:255 000 kg
2) Price per kg:4500$
3) Total Revenu : 1 Billion and 147 millions

4) Cost of production (All-in cost): 1,56/g
5) Cost of production (total) : 400M
6) Other costs : +or- 400M
7) Total of costs : 800M

Net Profits  : 347 M
Number of shares : 204 M
Profit per share : 1,70$

If the market pays 15 times the profit, APH should be at 25,50$ (15 X 1,70$ = 25,50$) !

Hope it help!
