A reporter may have caught on to the fact that a meeting was taking place by hanging around Aphria from a distance and saw something interesting. We know something happened on Monday. Someone visited during a national holiday? Perhaps the devil is in the details but, they do say that there is some truth to rumors. Any Comments?
