I am shareholder in APH and recently I came across an Edgar filing that APH has been granted an NYSE listing. I just wanted to verify with IR that this is correct and if an official news release will be issued in this regards . Also is there a date when the NYSE listing will be active.
Thank you for your assistance

Thank you for your interest in Aphria.
Aphria will provide details, including an anticipated trading date and NYSE ticket symbol, as soon as they become available and all requisite approvals are received.

I am thinking the independant directors need to be elected on Nov 2 and the NYSE lisitng is conditional upon that. That is why there has not been a NR.
40Baggs I am not sure of that as according to the AGM circular John Herhalt is listed as a new nominee for independant director.
here it shows he is an independant director therefore 4 of the 7 are independant .

But on the AGM circular it shows he is a new nominee so he needs to be still voted in
