I think the short term supply issues were factored into the SP. The market knew or at least LP's like Vic let everyone know there will be bumps initially. We need 6 more months and all these supply issues will be forgoten and things will go more smoothly.
I think what APH has going for it is if the goverment does not want to look stupid . They will focus on buying from the LP's that will deleiver. If there is even a slight chance the LP can not deliver the government is going to pull the plug on that LP and not give them orders.
I think APH is positioned to deliver. Others may not be able to.
