Thirdly, 5 billion in cash will be needed and Constellation is not going to be happy that Canopy has to use a ton of money to pay bills and also at the same time figure out HOW to grow cannabis at scale since they are not growers.

They have been improving their cost of goods while the others ignore those pesky little details.
90% are not here because of any deal. We've been here 2-4 years...many of us are long time investors. That's how we have the amount of shares we hold.
If Vic worries you and you are an "investor in a major form (whatever that means)" then you are not only a poor salesman but a foolish one yourself.
Don't come here trying to soft bash by saying you have shares. What you have is opinons that are baseless. Get the spelling of the players correct, learn the industry and then post with confidence. Right now you are transparent and clearly not an investor.
