Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:Vic passed on all big deals because ?Yeah that’s it!! All the regulatory bodies involved didn’t do any due diligence, but yeah the company was afraid of the other companies would expose them, something the government and the exchanges weren’t able to do.. wow you guys are SH’s Nancy Drew, great work girls!!

Crazierfrog wrote: Sure appears that way. That’s why Aphria stayed away from any legit companies otherwise they would have been exposed upon due diligence on the credible company being involved ...
