RE:$100000 Class Action Lawsuit
The parameters around this lawsuit are very limited. It would suggest that it is for individuals who purchased APHA just because of the LATAM deal.
Am I wrong in thinking they will be hard pressed to find enough investors that fit that criteria to create a class for legal action?
Like really, that is the reason you chose to invest in this company?
Even if they do gather enough investors to begin a class action, the pool is so small that any judicial award will be very limited. Legal firms go after these class actions to amass legal fees, but they need a big enough pool to make it worth their while.
I think February 4 comes up fast, and they do not have enough to proceed with any action.
