Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:Short Squeeze

RE:RE:RE:RE:Short SqueezeOnce Aphria comes out clean people can value the asset. There will be some major payouts in these class action suits but that is par for the course when your CEO does something illegal. I just hope Defrancesco hasn't sold all the Aphria shares his company received and made off with the funds. If he did then Aphria needs to sue both Vic and Defrancesco and Def's wife personally. Let the chips fall and move on.
