Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Ms. Rogers just flagged herself for crossing into the United States. As we know, there are occasional warnings about investors in the cannabis sector and crossing into the United States. Being that she lives in Windsor, Ontario, there is a good chance she crosses into Detroit frequently, whether it is to go shopping, or enjoy the nightlife in downtown, or to head to the international airport.

She just slammed the door on that. The price you pay for a few extra, maybe bucks from this dumb lawsuit.
