The NUU Deal where they got away with vastly-overpaying for Assets was a 'Heads Up' to shareholders who if you stayed in (myself included) were misleading themselves .
I'm not 'Inside' but I am not holding John or Cole responsible for this Deal, I believe they have been working extremely hard building APHA & trusting the CEO to bring his Jameson experience to growing APHA in the MJ Industry.
This is Corp malfeasence & I'm certain the CEO has been advised to retain a personal Law Firm, separate from APHA's Legal Team.
Look at the Deals done with large Companies in key Industries by ACB, CGC & TLRY..?
Where was the APHA C-Suite Team...???
