There is still the Class Action Overhang

First of all the offer for shares was poor. On Dec 4th ( pay attention to the detail) GGB was 2.70$.

These guys are trying to purchase Aphria at (my opinion) 5.50$.

But the Class Action overhang could cost Aphria about 1.1$B. From that perspective the offer is fair. And we all must admit that something is wrong at Aphria. I actually see bankruptcy as a worse case scenario or a REAL 1$Billion takeover with the Class Action in tow. The Class Action overhang is truly a cumbersome millstone.
