Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Insiders' stratagem ????

Insiders' stratagem ???? We, stockholders, must be careful with our public analysis and comments. Actually, APHA is putting itself in a very dangerous situation. As investors we deal with money and we claim profit. There is no room for emotion or sympathy for a CEO or else. This new proposition smells fishy and I do hope that the SEC or the CSE does/don't not launch an investigation to find out who initiated (indirectly) this so called offer. If it is proven that APHA's insiders are involved they can be accused of stock manipulation, exactly like the SEC did with Elon Musk. This is the third time that APHA has taken a risk susceptible of regulations violation: Suuniva, Latam and this one (If APHA's insiders are perceived to be involved in this one). I have a lot invested in APHA and I am very concerned.
