Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

I sold a ton of shares at a loss as Hindenberg news was breaking and will only get back in at a lower price, and when I find out the truth about whether Vic et al made big money on the SA properties by playing middle man, when as CEO, he had the fiduciary responsibility to acquire them directly, with no personal gain. He is already paid a hefty salary to make such acquisitions on behalf of shareholders. . I do not quesiton the worth of the company, but I am glad that leadership changes seems to be progressing.
