Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:One Week to Go

RE:RE:RE:RE:One Week to GoNice to see a normal conversation here instead of ridiculous predictions and that racist garbage that went on yesterday.

To your point about the rebuttal, they did say it’s in the hands of the independent committee and I’ve heard people say these things can take months. Those people have their owns reputations to worry about so I’m sure they’ll be as thorough as possible. I’m not expecting a rebuttal with financials. I’ve learned not to expect anything anymore. Only setting myself up for disappointment.

Maybe part of the reason Irwin Simon was brought on board is his experience dealing with the SEC and addressing self governance issues.

The last two weeks are considered holidays and most government operates with a skeleton staff. I’m hoping we see the approval within the next two weeks. It’s gotta be in January at the very least
