Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

I came to APHA because WEED looks overpriced, and I wasn't going to touch TLRY with a 10 foot stick, and I didn't get a warm and fuzzy from ACB's stock paper spending spree. I get that WEED is king, but their capacity vs. burn rate is horrible - they burned through 300+ million last quarter. TLRY, correct me if I'm wrong, does NOT have any capacity at the moment and Health Canada is not going to magically create enough jobs to speed up inspections. ACB has been writing checks with shares from the beginning - good weed, but dilution is on the extreme end of the spectrum. CRON got a deal, but they also have weak supply. Then there's APHA, well, their CEO got run out of office because of this report. Why did you pick APHA over the other. What's your long term outlook on this?

Thanks,

Sol
