Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:GGB to update offer by Tuesday? In short, Dr(?).. why does APHA(minus current issues) not offer a
Reverse Take Over offer and buy GGB.

Same end IF scenarios...$ 12.50 .. your number...

Unless GGB CEO's know some info .., why not APHA do it..
Quite well done in Industry

I agree the initial GGB offer was bizarre.

However, everyone so far has missed completely one important factor.  IF GGB did buy out APHA for 1.57 shares (or some new ratio), we would no longer be in a world where our GGB shares had only curreent assets. The "new" GGB would also have all of Aphria's assets. That plus the implied superior marketing advantage of GGB folks, hopefully making the $7 deal price. What would the deal be worth if those GGB shares climbed to say $12.50?

NOT saying GGB will ever come up with a credible offer. Just that the offer as is implies a sp of GGB above not only the curren 5ish, but beyond the 7 in the deal.
