What can they say...? They've been 'Outed'..!!!!

has hoped that there'll be a Take-Over and they can just hand off the Co 
& make a Run For The Border...!!!!

I'm all for Horvath / GGB Take-Over but at a substantially higher price, i.e.: US$ 12-13
