Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:GGB to bid 18$/share on APHA

RE:GGB to bid 18$/share on APHA

I believe you are right. This offer from GGB could even get into a bidding war with ACB/CRON/WEED and get the prices per share paid over 20$

because of :

Aphria being the lowest cost producers in Canada
Aphria being the 3th largest production capacity in Canada
Aphria being the most undervalued top5 players compared to peers - by a large 50% discount

This is a strong buy in my book

Regards

He says he want a consensual take-over with Aphria managment board. Further more GGB team disclosed they already raized 150 millions cash for the ''cash payment'' of the takeover. (more than 90% will be paid in shares of GGB)

This is very very bullish for AHA, it should leads Aphria to at least 15$/share BEFORE the offers is offically proposed.

The very fact they raized 150 millions shows the level of seriousness by the acquirer
