Also, let's not forget that class action deadline is Monday, and Aphria still gets a shot at destroying the short report with the rebuttal. My hope is that they sue QCM and Nate using the rebuttal as legal ammo. One of many points that I could see Aphria winning is that Jamaica address allegation. If Aphria can without a doubt demonstrate that the building and farm existed before Grego's field trip, then that blows half of the short report out of the water. I'm sure that any competent legal professional can come up with a dozen points to compel a judge to side with Vic and Andy.
