Reasonable explanation??

Reasonable explanation??Why this stock can not move? It's so frustrating watching the stock at a stand still!!!! There has to be some explanation why ???? I know know one on this site can give a educational answer but for fccck sales !!!! Who the fccck is messing with this stock????
