Canopy just stated information about edibles/beverages with timelines AND production capacity. All we get is "DERPRPPP!!!! WE GON MAKE SOME CONSUMER PACKAGED GOOODDSSS GUYSSS, HEALTH AND WELLNESSS PRODUCTS ARE COMING! DERRRPPPPPPP". All Aphria did was file a bunch of garbage trademark names by throwing "canna" in front of anything and everything. Brilliant marketing team guys. CANNAFOOD, CANNAYOU, CANNAFAIL...Where's the production line guys? Where is our bottling facility? 300+ million dollar loss and similar revenue to us and Canopy drops 8% and looking ready to bounce back. Aphria's losses were way less and had non-cash write downs and we drop 15% pre market and continue falling for months after. Canopy is clearly the right place to be.
Irwin is still "interim CEO" (yeah okay) and chairman of the board. Again a situation where someone has too much power leading to (yet again) poor percieved corporate guidance. 90 days are going by pretty fast buddy, let's see what you got.
