RE:RE:Four plants per person. All going to be harvested soon.Probably a lot more people than you think. I know my
neighbour is growing four plants and the guy up the road is as 
well. Plus, when driving I’ve seen some pretty big plants in a couple back yards. Mind you I do live in the country.
