RE:WTF Irwin more Shares 1.3mill share the $$$$How is the board here not picking up on this post? Are shareholders not concerned? We do not know when these shares vest but if they vested today, that works out to near 7.5m market value. Is APHA becoming another MMEN, whose management pillaged company coffers? Sure, this is not MMEN but still, how the f**k is this grant of shares justified? My guess: Irwin coordinated the 100m gift and this is his payback. Regardless, it stinks. Board of directors is enriching management to detriment of shareholders. We all know what happens when managemnt treats a company as its own piggy bank. Sound the alarm bells on the people running this sh*tshow.
