Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

APHA & ACB Merger!

APHA & ACB Merger!

This post is for all Aphria LONGS!

Although the SP has been suffering and is extremely undervalued a merger like this will in fact bring the SP higher which we will all love! But, the long term growth, value and future will be totally Fu**ed

who the hell wants all that junk, debt, writedowns and all the other BS that company has. If something like this happens a good LP will go to waste.

im kinda upset that Irwin went to go sit down and talk to them about something like this... something shareholders need to bring up during the next shareholder meeting to figure out what exactly he was trying to achieve here. He promised us longer term value not a merger with a $hit company.

just think long and hard about how a deal like this will have short term gain but not long term gain

good luck to all the longs,

captin
