Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:APHA & ACB Merger!

I must say this crossed my mind. If these 2 merge I would want to get a premium value from this combined company from the market. Similiar to CGCs value. THEN i would want Diageo to come in and buy it for a premium. if this happens to be a 3 way deal i would be disappinted because if these 2 merge they wouldnt need Diageo in the S-T. build up this new company value THEN sell half.

I can see the merger bringing the companys value to 8B cad. then Diageo paying 6-8B for half the company (12-14B valuation)

im obviously bias and optimistic

If that's the case I don't want Diageo.
