Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

That drill guy is epic by the way!

But yeah to cut it short Sam1984, elections are underway in the USA and the runners against Republicans ( Donald Trump) is  Joe Biden (Democrats) . Democrats are in favor of the legalisation and so far looks like they are the favorites according to pollls.

https://www.cnn.com/2020/08/17/politics/biden-trump-poll-of-polls-august-election/index.html

Then you have pump articles where they say that US MJ recreational market is gonna be huge 73.6 Billions by 2027 according to that link below

https://www.grandviewresearch.com/press-release/global-legal-marijuana-market

Right now Canada is only 2B $ CAD for the recreational and USA population > Canada Population

So it only makes sense that the potential market is bigger.

All this to say that this is why all the attention and the headwinds are in the US MJ Sector.

Everyone seeing that opportunity for a round 2 bull market bubble hype just like Canadian MJ before legalisation.

Good luck!
