Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:People need to come to terms with this

RE:People need to come to terms with this If you can trade pre market, you can still catch the advantage of ER. My thought is Irwin needs a news announcement to maintain the share price. IE merger or US angle. If ER is a miss then she will head back down. My concern is that Irwin will pull the rug out again. Maybe the ATM dilution? I don't know. I just do not trust management anymore. I believe APHA will sell more MJ KG's, but at lower margins which will impact REVS. Also, P4 is not growing so Revs there will be less due to the lack of growing as per IIFRS, not sure if that is the current quarter or last quarter or both. How the Aleafia payout will effect the balance sheet is another story for Q1. I believe the ER will be flat. I also feel that the ER is priced in. That is why I have had enough. Irwin is not worth 10 million a year, and if there is no American play Aphria gains will be limited compared to USMJ.
