Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

I agree with Irwin Simon on the over reaction

I agree with Irwin Simon on the over reaction

With that being said Irwin Simon is a disaster so far. It's clear by this very quarter that if any disruptions occur in the deals Vic Neufeld set up like CC Pharma, we tank in revenue. Irwin's achievements in his tenure at Aphria.

-he achieved double the salary, money that could have kept us green this quarter think about that.

-he achieved dilution and future dilution with a line of credit waiting
-he achieved a lost deal with Emblem and a Thirty million bill to tag along with it.

-he achieved a market cap that continues to tank because of his lack of PR and deal making skills.

-he achieved being the worst CEO during the bull rush market of a century.

Either he needs to pull off a miracle and he needs to GO AWAY NOW. The board and investors are all calling for his departure. We did have a decent quarter with stellar results based on the natural course of things Vic left behind. More stores opening and such. I can't think of one thing Irwin Simon brought us except all the loss and negative aspects. He's all that needs to go
