Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:Timing question re/ Tilray and Aph merger...

RE:Timing question re/ Tilray and Aph merger...addendum: "Tilray, Inc. (“Tilray” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: TLRY), a global pioneer in cannabis research, cultivation, production and distribution, reports financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020"
If we go by Tilray's calendar, which aligns with a seasonal one, then it would be April, May or June indeed....darn...

hevin wrote: I think most of us read that the merger would come in the second quarter of 2021, but does that mean April, May or June as most of us thought, or by company quarter? For example, the 1st quarter of Aphria already ended in late August and was released in October. So we are actually in the second quarter at least...haven't looked up Tilray yet.
Love to get feedback as the seasonal quarter is quite a long way away. Would love to see this a done deal for SP stability..
