Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:AYR + LHS +.......APHA??
Couldn't agree more, things are moving quickly in the US and this deal is to prepare for that. I have mentioned before there is more in play than just this deal, Inbev has been more patient than STZ and IMO will have a deal in place that makes more sense than what STZ has in place now with ACRG. All speculation but there is no way Inbev will allow an 800lb STZ gorilla to play all alone in a legal market. NO WAY!!!
