Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

The Close:

The Close:Tilray closed today: $25.90 US X .838 = $21.70 US (Aphria share)

$21.70 US = $27.41 Canadian

Aphria close: $23.92

That's a $3.49 difference and much, much closer than it was weeks ago.

This makes much more sense.

The prices will move more in lockstep going foreward.

The next catalyst? ........... Financials next month. They will be much better. They will drive the share price. Buy anything under $20. Hold off selling till right before the QR. If they are good, (which I suspect), sell more.  As far as the merger goes: I don't think it will do anything for the share price as I believe the news is already baked in.

Just my 2 cents ,and yes .................. I could be wrong
