Report these a**holes. Its a sh*tty bank to begin with....move your accounts/mortgages etc.. to another institution that isn't filled with criminals.

Always happens before earnings, if they expect a beat drag it down and get in cheap, if they anticipate a miss let it fly and sell before then short it down. Patience!!

Buy them $CM. to get your money back. Dividend pays just below 8%! And now has more volatitlity than APHA if you want to trade it. All Canadian banks are well off their lows
