Aphria buys Aleafia. 
 
Aleafia has EUGMP and export licence to Germany.  Looks like Aphria has an outdoor grow facility now 86 acres. There will be some restructuring in the next few quarters I'm guessing.

No proof of any buyout yet.  Most likely the halt was related to the settlement as its substantial for AH.

Why did Aleafia accept Aphria shares as payment as part of the settlement then? Why didn't Aphria sell their Emblem shares when restructuring non-core assets. Aleafia and Aphria are businesses partners always have been. The relationship is copacetic.
