I was kinda thinking with the senate likely at gridlock on major issues with a Biden win it maybe very likely we get support publicly on things like Marijuana reform? As most of you know this is a small item that we can get partisan agreement in the senate. I think there will be enough republicans that will come across the isle. Anyway just thinking out loud.

Harris is the one who created the MORE act and it would have been passed in September if them Dems didn't shut it down. Would have been a positive for Trump. It is slated for January 15, coinciding with APHAs earnings. I think January will be a big month for Aphria if all goes well.

ALL of the Stimulus bills that Moscow Mich didn't pass and went home is due to Congress (Democrats) including Cannabis reform measures, including the safe banking act, being appended to the bill.  It was written by the Democrats that way so the Senate (Republicans) were force into the Cannabis reform. The Republican can't pass it because they are in the pockets of big
