When this deal closes APHA will

have well over 300 000 000 shares outstanding. With 100M worth of shares ATM plus 50M converted to shares upon closing Aphria will add approximately 25 million more shares in dilution. What I don't understand is why they are bragging about swampwaters distribution to over 10 000 restaurants . You can count on 1000 of those closing and the rest having less business for quite some time so how is this a positive talking point? Faaack. They are predicting 200 000 cases of Covid 19 a day by the US Thanksgiving. That's a rate 4x higher than the spring ffs.

What they lost in restaurant sales Sweetwater picked up at retail locations. Everyone chill out jeez. They bought a CPG company that they can leverage which was their plan all summer. Does no one on this board support the company they bought shares in?

I do not agree with your statement and I support acquisitions that bolster the share price and excite the markets. This acquisition did neither. If it was such a great investment why did we lag most other mj plays by an average 20% in the last two days? The market has spoken my friend.

What part don't you agree with? I can send clips of their news releases and conference calls outlining their plan lmao  I'm dont talking about short squeezes and beta metrics today... lmao Aurora's business model was to have exciting news releases and grow tons and tons and tons of pot. Go buy their stock if that's what you prefer with exciting 64 million revenue. We've ...more

Irish don't waste your time debating with anyone on this board. There's a theme and you'll soon notice. The way this stock trades is a money maker, if you trade accordingly. Every quarter is a pay day, and we just so happened to get an early Christmas gift with the action the last couple days. January will be our next payday. This board is for entertainment only. It's funny reading ...more

Newbie. Before I put you on iggy show some respect for one of the founding fathers of this board and someone that has owned this name n and off since below the 2's and someone that could buy you 20x over. The market clearly does not like deal and if that isn't obvious enough to you then you are simply a poser troll. Goodbye:)

BIG TALK  behind mstock board. only shows how immature you are .  if I was your age, I would come to you , buy you out and then give you a good licking. But I am 78 yrs old, and this is not my first rodeo.  I have made good money, since 2015. because I do my DD and don't listen to the likes of you.  You are a  braggart and a narcissist o ya   Very much a ...more

Prof, you are wrong here because you have to stop looking at the day to day action and look at the 52 week chart. We have not dropped to such a low level like ACB,OGI, HEXO TLRY and the list goes on . I agree that it's super frustrating to see CGC have such a huge market cap when we sell more pot than them and have been more disciplined. This stock doesn't rise as high during these spikes ...more
