I don't understand what just happened lol....(they're onto another issue?)

POSTPONED PROCEEDINGS - At the conclusion of debate on the Lesko motion to recommit with instructions, the Chair put the question on the motion and by voice vote, announced that the noes had prevailed. Ms. Lesko demanded the yeas and nays and the Chair postponed further proceedings on the motion to recommit until a time to be announced.

Looks like it is postponed until further amendment The instructions contained in the motion seek to require the bill to be reported back to the House with an amendment to add language to the bill authorizing employers to test an employee or applicant for cannabis use.

That's why timing the market is no different than playing the Lottery. The only method that has been working for me is to make sure you have a clear entry/exit price point and stick to it. Cheers.
