Looks like the Motion to Recommit has been defeated. If all remaining votes went to the 'Yeas' they still would not have enough to overturn the 'Nay' votes. So this means that the Bill will not be revised and reheard. They must now go to a vote on passing it. Yes!!!!!

Correct. Debbie Lesko's suggestions to modify the bill were rejected. I don't know why I couldn't respond to the previous post discussing it (Post button was hidden under articles).
