Aphria-Tilray Merger clarification

I have 70 shares of Aphria. Can someone please elaborate as to what will happen to this after the merger I'm still confused as to what will happen. Will I lose shares? How will it affect my overall value?

Aphria - Tilray. Your 70 APH shares x .835 Tilraynshares will result in approximately 58 Tilray shares. The value should be equal because Tilray shares trade at a higher price! Logterm this is a very good thing!
